What is a Limited Partnership (LP)?<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

A limited partnership is a legal fund structure designed to invest in both private and public business across multiple sectors and strategies. The role of the limited partner is to contribute capital into these fund structures while retaining none of the risk outside of their committed capital.<\/span><\/p>\n
