Clearwater hosted a two-day hackathon on June 8 and 9<\/strong>. This was an excellent opportunity for us to come together and work on innovative projects that can benefit our customers, our company, and our internal teams.<\/p>\n

We saw many benefits to participating in this hackathon. Here are just a few:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Collaboration:<\/strong> Colleagues from different departments worked together and learned new skills and approaches to problem-solving.<\/li>\n
  2. Innovation:<\/strong> Participants practiced thinking outside the box and experimented to create solutions and ideas that benefit our business.<\/li>\n
  3. Learning:<\/strong> The team gained a better understanding of technology and the development process.<\/li>\n
  4. Having fun:<\/strong> It was fun to take a break from our routine and work on something different with our colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This event was also a great way to bring colleagues together across business functions, as no technical background was required.<\/p>\n

    The hackathon was a huge success, with over 300 participants. The enthusiasm and innovative ideas truly made the event a success. Shortly after the event, winners were announced in three categories: Best use of LLMs (Large Language Models), best use of AI (Excluding LLMs), and most likely to be used in production.<\/p>\n
