Recently, we had the privilege of visiting Salma Public <\/span>School in<\/span> as part of our ongoing CSR initiative. We had a day filled with engaging activities and valuable interactions with the students and teachers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One of the day’s highlights was a captivating debate competition with six topics, 12 teams, and 36 talented student participants <\/span>showcasing<\/span> their eloquence and critical thinking skills. The debates covered a wide range of thought-provoking topics, allowing the students to express their opinions, do quick rejoinders, and expand their knowledge. To set the stage for the competition, the Clearwater Analytics team engaged in a spirited debate with the Salma Public School teachers on the topic \u201cHomework Is Necessary for Students\u2019 Learning.\u201d It was an insightful and fun exchange of ideas and perspectives, <\/span>showcasing<\/span> the commitment and dedication of both the teachers, who were speaking for the motion, and our team, who were speaking against the motion (the louder student cheers were reserved for the teachers)!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, we had the opportunity to distribute stationery kits to the students. Seeing the joy and excitement on the faces of children is truly heartwarming. It took me back to my own childhood, spellbound by the smell of new notebooks while eagerly covering them with brown paper at the start of a school year!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My heartfelt gratitude to Salma Public School Principal, Ms. Sheeba Sultana, the Administrator, Mr. Mehboob Ansari, and the staff for hosting us and providing a nurturing environment for these young minds to thrive in. The dedication to the students’ growth and development is truly remarkable. At Clearwater, we <\/span>firmly believe<\/span> in the power of education and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of students. A big thank you goes out to my Clearwater colleagues <\/span><\/span>Vandana Bansal, Ebani Jindal, <\/span>Deodas<\/span> Ojha, Shivam Dubey, Sunny <\/span>Banwat<\/span>, Sikha Singh, and Syed Tabish for generously volunteering their time and energy on a weekend to make our visit to Salma Public School a resounding success! Your commitment to <\/span><\/span>#ClearwaterCares and passion for supporting education is truly inspiring. And a special shoutout to the ever compassionate and generous <\/span><\/span>Harsh Lohit. For the past fifteen years, Harsh and I have collaborated closely, and together have watched the remarkable progress the school has made!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
