Boosts Transparency, French GAAP Compliance, and Overall Investment Oversight with Clearwater

The new partnership is branded Clearwater Wilshire Analytics. The $40m deal is expected to close during Q2.

Clearwater Analytics, an investment management software-as-a-service company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire risk and performance analytics solutions from global financial services firm Wilshire Advisors for $40 million.

Clearwater Analytics (NYSE: CWAN), a provider of SaaS-based investment management, accounting, reporting and analytics services, has agreed to acquire risk and performance analytics services from Wilshire Advisors LLC, a financial services firm.

Clearwater will acquire Wilshire Axiom, Wilshire Atlas, Wilshire Abacus and Wilshire iQComposite. These models provide fixed income analytics, equity analytics and performance measurement, accounting and GIPS compliance support analytics, respectively.

The transaction is expected to close later this quarter and create a the newly combined entity co-branded as Clearwater Wilshire Analytics.
